OUR METHODOLOGIES

Our emphasis is to proactively provide First Responders with:

  • Mindfulness to maintain composure and clarity on the front lines.
  • Resilience to release past experiences to be fully prepared for the next event.

First Responders can be liberated from their past, creating a lasting, positive change.

Emotional Intelligence

EQ is a scientifically proven methodology to uncover issues and to provide a roadmap of how to address the needs of each individual. EQ pinpoints opportunities to improve their well being, speaking, teamwork, leadership, and stress management skills. Clients are guided to work on topics they are comfortable with discussing.

Energy Work

No matter how strong the person, the truth is that First Responders are immersed in negative emotion and conflicting feelings every day. Tools such as meditation and grounding can be used to protect themselves from the difficult situations they face everyday. Letting it go is healthier than burying it.
