We chose Friday to help you decompress at the end of the week. We will start by teaching a resilience lesson and then will answer a question from each member. *
Every session is recorded
It's okay if you can't make a session. You can submit your question in advance and listen to the recording for your answer.
We support your growth
We require each member to take the full resilience course so we can spend more time helping you with specific issues. Also, many clients have told us how much they have learned from what others are going through.
Requires purchase of the Resilience Course. Why? Because we want you to grasp the fundamentals first and then you can join us in the support group to learn about how to apply the principles to your specific situation.
* To be fair to everyone, we allow one question per person in each session, so everyone has a chance to be supported.
